29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) Under the tower section of the building, on or about June 13, 2012, an employee who was not wearing a hard hat was exposed to falling tools and materials that were being used by carpenters who were working from the roof above the mason's scaffold, resulting in a struck-by hazard.
