29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about June 20, 2012, energy control procedures were not uitlized to lockout the Assembly Room Lize 2 equipment when the filler hoses were being tied up to prevent spillage of gravy onto the floor. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
