29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):       Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:         On or about 6/28/2012, during construction activities, the employer allowed employees to to work on a roof that was approximately 14 feet high with a slope greater than 4/12 and did not ensure that the employees were protected from falls.
