The doors to the room were made of wood.

On or about June 28, 2012, at this location, employees were exposed to fire when applying flammable chemicals such as, but not limited to, M102-0423 Tone Finish Clear Lacquer Sanding Sealer by RPM Wood Finishes Group.  Inside of the spray room there was located two energized electrical switches not enclosed in an explosion proof box.
