29 CFR 1917.122(d):     The minimum width of an employee exit was not 28 inches(71.12 cm).    Warehouse center door:  On or about June 28, 2012 and times prior thereto, the exit was blocked by a table and containers.  This exposed employees to smoke inhalation hazards from delays in exiting the building.
