29 CFR 1926.95(a):     Personal protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, was not provided, used, or maintained in a sanitary and reliable condition when it was necessary by reason of hazards of processes or environment, chemical hazards, radiological hazards, or mechanical irritants encountered in a manner capable of causing injury or impairment in the function of any part of the body through absorption, inhalation, or physical contact.    a) 3 Hoffman Street,  Williamsport PA; While an employee was operating a Hitachi C1FR  table saw used to cut plywood without the use of safety glasses the employee was exposed to an eye injury, on or about 06/25/12.      Abatement Observed During Inspection - No Abatement Certification Required

29 CFR 1926.304(h)(1):     Each circular crosscut table saw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw blade above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut:    a) 3 Hoffman Street,  Williamsport PA; While an employee was operating a Hitachi C1FR  table saw used to cut plywood without the safety guard in place the employee was exposed to a possible amputation hazard, on or about 06/25/12.      Abatement Observed During Inspection - No Abatement Certification Required
