29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1):   The employer did not provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use personal protective equipment:    a) 31 Industrial Park Rd New Hartford, CT- Cleanline Area - On or about July 25, 2012- The employer  had not provided training in the appropriate use of personal protective equipment, in that an employee was observed wearing protective apron without the straps over his shoulder and waist strap untied.  Employees were exposed to chemical burns from the use of injurious corrosive chemicals including but not limited to SP52 L soap, R1-71 rust inhibitor and Penetrate Ultra Liquid.
