The contract employer did not prepare a record which contained the identity of the contract employee, the date of training, and the means used to verify that the employee understood the training.    a) Kramer Mechanical LLC. -  At the location of 550 South Spitzer Road, Bartlett, Illinois, the employer did not document that the employee who was required to operate and maintain the ammonia refrigeration system had received and understood the training required to be provided by 29 CFR 1910.119(h)(3).
