29 CFR 1926.1101(f)(5):  The employer did not, as soon as possible but no later than 5 days after the receipt of the results of any monitoring performed under section, notify each affected employee of the results either individually in writing or by posting the results in an appropriate location that was accessible to employees:    a)  On or about May 23, 2012, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that employees were provided with the results of exposure monitoring for asbestos.      Abatement Note:  Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
