Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): Ink and Wide Format Department. Employees were exposed to chemicals such as the Tower Tech Wash-If roller and blanket wash and Resin and oil based inks when mixing and packaging the colors and during cleaning operations. The employer did not develop, implement and maintain a site-specific written hazard communication program. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
