Jetrix Printer 2030    Ink Department-       1. Lehmann Mills SN# 341343.       2. Kent Machine Works Mill SN# 53022        3. Schold Mixer SN#S2071    Employees would perform maintenance, service and troubleshooting activities based on their knowledge and experience.       Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):     Ink and Wide Format Department. Employees were exposed to chemicals such as the Tower Tech Wash-If roller and blanket wash and Resin and oil based inks when mixing and packaging the colors and during cleaning operations. The employer did not develop, implement and maintain a site-specific written hazard communication program.     Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
