29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2):     Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:      (a) Ceres Marine Terminals, Inc., NIT Maintenance Shop.  On or about July 26, 2012, a multi-outlet surge protector was not used as to its listed or labeled purpose in that it was providing electrical service for a Jump Start Battery Charger, and a large pedestal floor fan.
