29 CFR 1926.307(f)(3):     "Sprockets and chains." All sprocket wheels and chains shall be enclosed unless they are more than 7 feet (2.128 m) above the floor or platform. Where the drive extends over other machine or working areas, protection against falling shall be provided. This subparagraph does not apply to manually operated sprockets.    a.) Marine Corps Base Quantico 615 SNCO Academic Facility: On or about 07/25/12, the guard to the Poly-Spray Unisol Pump was not installed over the chain and sprocket system thus exposing employee to pinch points.

29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i):     Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraphs (A) through (D) of this paragraph.    a.) Marine Corps Base Quantico 615 SNCO Academic Facility: On or about 07/25/12, the electrical conductors in the 240 volts breaker box used to supply power to the Unisol Poly Spray pump were not covered thus exposing an employee to live electrical conductors.
