29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were sitting or climbing on the edge of the basket:    On or about 07/26/2012 at the Evans Elementary School under construction, on Gibbs Road, Evans, GA: An employee was exposed to a fall of approximately 28 feet to the lower level. The employee was standing on the railing of the basket of the manlift without the use of any fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.701(b):  All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement:    On or about 07/26/2012 at the Evans Elementary School, on Gibbs Road, Evans, GA: Three employees working above the second floor were exposed to an impalement hazard when the rebar was not capped and they were not tied off.
