29 CFR 1910.268(c):  The employer did not provide training in the various precautions and safe practices described in this section and did not ensure that employees did not engage in the activities to which this section applies until such employees have received proper training in the various precautions and safe practices required:    Employees performing cable TV, phone and internet installation and repair were exposed to hazards such as but not limited to, electrical shock, falls from elevations, struck-by motor vehicles, hand and power tools, ladders, material handling, utility pole structural integrity, overhead power lines, and hazardous insects, animals and plant life.  The employer did not develop and train employees on the precautions needed to protect the employees from hazards on the jobsites.    Repeat Language  Micor Communications, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315088997, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/21/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 2438 S. Hydraulic St., Wichita, Kansas.

The employer did not train employees in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and first aid.    Micor Communications, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315088997, citation number 01, item number 003 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/21/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 2438 S. Hydraulic St., Wichita, Kansas.
