29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2):     Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident:    At this facility, electrical shut-off switchs were not identified as to their purpose or function such as but not limited to the following:    a.  In the hallway in front of the Lab, the Siemans Knife Switch, 600VAC, was not identified.    b.  In the Lab, the Square D heavy duty knife switch, 600VAC, was not identified.    c.  At the gallon packer on the wall the Cutler Hamme rheavy duty knife switch , 600VAC, was not identified.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1):     Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:    At this facility on the back outside wall at the baler, the electric Square D knife switch was blocked by cardboard boxes being stored in and around the front of the switch blocking its access.
