29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented:    a. Blue Sulfur Road: An employee was exposed to a fall of approximately 17' to ground, while performing roofing work on a 4 in 12 low sloped roof, with no fall proteciton, as observed on July 25, 2012.      ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM.

Blue Sulfur Road: The employer did not develop and initiate a Safety and Health Program to address hazards such as fall protection.  An employee was exposed to a fall of approximately 17' to ground, while performing roofing work on a 4 in 12 sloped roof, with no fall proteciton, as observed on July 25, 2012.      ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM.
