29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):  Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    (a)  BK Construction at 1340 Gunnison Ave, Grand Junction, CO:  On and before June 18, 2012, the exposing did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that one employee installing sheeting on the roof of a one-story restroom building, with a roof pitch of 6-in-12, was not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet.
