29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:  (a)BK Construction at 5505 East 64th Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57108: On or about and at times prior to November 25, 2024, the employer did not ensure that each employee installing roof sheathing on a single-family residential property with the use of a pneumatic staple gun was protected from flying particles by the use of appropriate personal eye protection.  This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards.

This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than six feet.

This condition exposed the employees to fall hazards greater than six feet.
