The employees were performing framing operations approximately 22 feet above ground level. LPS CONSTRUCTION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION# 314235243, CITATION# 1, ITEM# 1A, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 10/14/11, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1020-1026 SOUTH 5TH STREET, PHILADELPHIA, PA.
