29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a) Humberto Roofing, Taft Farms, Loveland, CO 80537: On and before July 30, 2012, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that employees were applying paper to the roof of a residential home without utilizing a fall protection system. Employees were not tied off. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of over 11 feet.
