29 CFR 1910.213(p)(1):     Feed rolls of self-feed sanding machine(s) were not protected with semicylindrical guard to prevent the hands of the operator from coming in contact with the in-running rolls:    a/  Inside of the saw shop, the back stop belonging the Grizzly 4"X36"X6" Disc Combo Sander, m/n 200005, s/n 11008, was missing.  Employees using this tool were exposed to the in-running roll.
