29 CFR 1926.501(b)(6):     Each employee on ramps, runways, and other walkways was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8 m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems:     a) Pole 249 Lakeside Drive, Harveys Lake, PA; While accessing the ceiling joist area on a garage, employees used a 16 foot long x 20 inch wide metal plank, which was positioned 10 feet 7 inches off the ground and without the use of a guardrail system to prevent falls, on or about 07/26/12.      Abatement Observed During Inspection - No Abatement Certification Required

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15):     Except as provided in 1926.500(a)(2) or in 1926.501 (b)(1) through (b)(14), each employee on walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system or personal fall arrest system:    a) Pole 249 Lakeside Drive, Harveys Lake, PA; While employees were working on ceiling joists 12 feet 6 inches off the ground they were exposed to 12 inch wide openings on the walking working surface, on or about 07/26/12.      Abatement Observed During Inspection - No Abatement Certification Required
