29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:    a) Syncreon Technology (America) Inc., paint room area.  - On or about August 13, 2012 two re-locatable power taps were connected in a series with one power tap being secured to the table in contrast to the instructions included in the Underwriters Laboratories Inc. listing for use and installation.    b) Syncreon Technology (America) Inc., production repair area.  - On or about August 13, 2012 three metal four inch square metal knock out boxes being used at work benches were being used as pendants  in contrast to instructions included in the listing or labeling.    SYNCREON TECHNOLOGY (AMERICA) INC., FORMERLY COMPUSPAR, USA INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 312976475, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 3, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON SEPTEMER 8, 2010, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 7384 PENN DRIVE ALLENTOWN, PA 18106.
