29 CFR 1910.107(c)(4): Electrical wiring and equipment did not conform to the provisions of to this paragraph and were not in accordance with subpart S of 29 CFR 1910:  a) Paint Booth: The intrinsically safe lighting had a broken protective covering and was not maintained in a manner that would ensure safe operation in a hazardous location, on or about August 13, 2012.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.107(b)(5)(i): The spray operations were not designed, installed, or maintained so that the average air velocity over the open face of the booth was not less than 100 linear feet per minute:  a) Spray Room: The air velocity across the face of the paint booth was not maintained above 100 linear feet per minute, on or about August 13, 2012.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
