29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B):     The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy:    (a) Press Room: On or about 14 August and at times prior, the employer had not developed a written, machine specific procedure to include specific procedural steps for shutting down and isolating all potential energy sources, including but not limited to the electrical (480) and pneumatic, for the Dauphin Graphics Machine (DGM) 440 Printing Press prior to the commencement of machine repair and maintenance operations.

29 CFR 1910.179(b)(5):     The rated load of crane(s) was not plainly marked on each side of the crane:    (a) Press Room: On or about 14 August 2012 and at times prior the load limit was not clearly marked on the Jardis Industries Roll Loader used to lift large paper rolls weighing in excess of 800 pounds.
