29 CFR 1910.102(a): Compressed gas cylinders were not used in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet G-1-1966, in that cylinders were used near sparks and flames. a) Workshop - Employees using an acetylene/oxygen cutter to melt precious metals for dental related devices operate the torch immediatly adjacent to the compressed gas cylinders. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
