29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees shall be provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. (a). Worksite located at 1905 W. Foxwood Drive, Raymore, Missouri- Employees were observed cutting pieces of wood with a radial saw withouut the use of any means of eye protection. (b). Worksite located at 1905 W. Foxwood Drive, Raymore, Missouri- Employees were observed pouring concrete without the use of any means of eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Examination. The employer shall ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. Safety of equipment shall be determined on the basis of the following considerations: (a). Worksite located at 1905 W. foxwood Drive, Raymore, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a shock or electrocution hazard in that the extension cord being used to power the saw had its' inner wires exposed from the strain relief on the plug. The cord aslo had electrical tape wrapped around it and when pulled back, more exposed wires were present.
