29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: a) Shepherd's Crossing at Christ's Home, Worksite - on or about August 15, 2012, an employee was using a personal fall restraint system that was configured in a manner that would enable him to fall over the edge of a low slope roof and then swing into vertical members of the residential structure due to the length of the unadjusted equipment.
