29 CFR 1910.147(c)(1): The employer did not establish a program consisting of an energy control procedure, employee training and periodic inspections to ensure that before any employee performed any servicing or maintenance on a machine or equipment where the unexpected energing, startup or release of stored energy could occur and cause injury, the machine or equipment shall be isolated from the energy source and rendered inoperative:    a) On or about 09/11/12, in the machine shop areas, employees are involved in servicing and maintaining machines such as, but not limited to: replacing a motor on a Nomura NN-20BII CNC Automatic Turning Machine and setting up tools in a Nomura NM-16UB CNC Automatic Turning Machine, without the use of an energy control program, machine-specific lockout/tagout procedures, hardware, training and periodic inspections.     ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
