29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):     Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:    a.) Facility - on or about 8/15/12, an employee, hired through a temporary agency had not been given Hazard Communication training by the employer (Durham) to work at the host employer (Bison Bags).  On 8/20/12, the employee had an exposure to acetate, and subsequently became ill.  the employer does not provide temporary employee with Hazard Communication training, as required.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION RQUIRED
