29 CFR 1910.151(c): Suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body have not been provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    Final Inspection Department: On or about September 11, 2012, the employer did not provide an eyewash in the Final Inspection Department for use by employees while cleaning vehicles with Reeves Blast Off prior to delivery exposing employees to the hazard of contact with a corrosive chemical leading to chemical burns to the eyes and skin.
