29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    (a)  On or about September 11, 2012, employees were exposed to injuries from falls, while conducting roofing activities without the benefit of fall protection systems being in place, on a roof in excess of six feet above the lower surface.
