29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, or safety nets:   On the northwest corner, main office of the apartment complex: On or about October 3, 2016, and at times prior thereto, employees without fall protection were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet, while installing roofing material onto the roof.
