29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):     Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:     a.  Jobsite:  Employees working on the second floor, exposed to an unprotected edge approximately 10 feet above the lower level, were not provided with a guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.
