29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were other provisions of paragraph (b) of this section used to provide an alternative fall protection measure:      a)  On or about August 8, 2012, employees were exposed to falls of greater than 6 feet while they performed roofing work on a single family home with no fall protection measures in place.        Wilcox Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 97501, Citation 2, Item 1, issued September 19, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 8657 Massey Dr., Colorado Springs, CO 80920.  This citation became final on October 5, 2011.    Wilcox Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 315016733, Citation 1, Item 1, issued November 9, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 4830 Sand Hill Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80923.  This citation became final on December 2, 2010.      Abatement Note:  Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
