29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    (a) 102 Tiffany St Springfield, MA:On or about August 28, 2012, two employees were observed working on the roof of this residence more than 9 feet 10 inches above the ground below without adequate fall protection as required by this subpart:     CD /Acerra Roofing Company was previously cited for a repeat violation of a similar occupational health and safety standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311319321 which became final order on October 30, 2008 with respect to a violation at 1755 Boston Post Rd in Milford, CT.
