29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1):     Open-sided floor(s) or platform(s) 4 feet or more above the adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded by standard railings (or the equivalent as specified in 29 CFR 1910.23(e)(3)(i) through (v)), on all open sides:    a.)  UHP Projects, Inc., overhead storage platform.  On or about September 18, 2012, the second floor overhead platform used to store records, was not equipped with a standard guardrail system, consisting of a toprail at 42 inches and a mid-rail at 21 inches on all open sides of the platform, thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard greater than four feet.
