Violation observed on or about 9/21/12.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):     Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:    Aerial lift - the employer did not provide hazard communication training for all employees for materials such as, but not limited to Sherwin Williams Reducer No. 15, Reducer #54 and Acrolon 218 HS Acrylic Polyurethane (Part B) Hardener which were used during painting operations.  Violation observed on or about 9/21/12.
