29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. On or about 09/10/12 employees were exposed to an unsanitary condition in the office area due to the employer maintaining a dirty bathroom, and having a toilet tank with missing internal parts. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
