29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings regarding the chemicals contained therein:    On or about September 25, 2012, and times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that each portable container into which hazardous chemicals was transferred from labeled containers was marked with appropriate hazard warnings. Some products were corrosive and contained chemicals such as, but not limited to, sodium tripolyphosphate in concentrations of 1-5%, disodium cocoamphodipropionate in concentrations of 1-5%, and dialkyl dimethyl ammonium chloride in concentrations of <1%. Employees were exposed to the hazards associated with chemical contact with skin and eyes.
