1926.453(b)(2)(v) A body belt was not worn and a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. Worksite, east - Employee was installing lighting fixtures on the outside of a residential home. The employee was observed working at heights of approximately 15 feet and was not wearing a harness and lanyard system on, or about, 09/10/12. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
