29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor  did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502.    (a) Residential Roof located at 4315 Manor Street SE, Smyrna, GA 30080: Employees were exposed for fall hazards while engaged in roofing activities on a 10/12 pitched roof with eave heights of approximately 17' and 25' with no or inadequate fall protection system in place.

Employees were wearing inadequate and/or no fall protection system while engaged in roofing activities.
