29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):     Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, positioning systems or personal fall arrest systems:    a)Lamberti's Restaurant, Rt 38, Lumberton NJ:  Two employees installing roof capping were not provided adequate fall protection (Warning line, safety monitor, PFAS, safety nets, guardrails, etc.) and were thus exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 20 feet from the working surface to the ground.  Observed on or about 01/03/12.      NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
