29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):  Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:    a)  Establishment - 114 Beach Street, Rockaway, NJ:    The employer's energy control procedure did not provide sufficient detail and specificity for employees to safely and effectively control energy sources during the servicing and maintenancing of equipment, such as but not limited to the Alloyd Blister Machine P-107.     Violation occurred on or about 10/3/2012.
