(Un-used opening) the disconnect/reset lever was removed from electrical cabinet #T429 for the 2.5 inch extruder.      2. (Not completely closed) screws were missing from the digital monitor located in the center of electrical cabinet #T408.  Approximately one-half inch gap was between the top of the monitor and cabinet cover.
