29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): Employee training did not include the measures employees can take to protect themselves from chemical hazards, including specific procedures the employer had implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment to be used:    Paint Waste Room:  Workers were not adequately trained on hazards of  chemicals used in the work place including proper waste disposal procedures and the hazards of mixing different chemical products.     On 10-3-12, A worker emptied an out of date product called Irridite, classified and labeled as an oxidizer, into a drum containing organic waste paints and solvents, resulting in an explosion and skin burns to the worker.
