29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1):     Protective eye equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment:    On or about October 11, 2012 at the baling area: The employer did not ensure that employees (Balers) using baling wires to secure baled material wore appropriate eye protection.   During the inspection, CSHO observed the balers using baling wire to secure the bundled bales without wearing safety glasses to protect themselves from the wires.
