Northrop Grumman, FRCMA Hangar Bay, US NAVY Aircraft VAW-120:  On or about 10/12/12, employees working aloft on an aircraft 11 feet above the ground were not protected from falling.

Northrop Grumman, FRCMA Hangar Bay, US NAVY Aircraft VAW-120:  On or about 10/12/12, employees were using a relocatable power tap to supply power to extension cords powering a heat gun, and a handheld drop light.
