29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv):     Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:    (a) At the jobsite located at 425 W Washington St, Kearney, MO 64060, near the Excel equipment trailer, an approximatly 100 foot long orange extension cord was used to power a yellow extension cord and a Milwaukee battery charger. The strain relief was damaged at the end of the orange extension cord nearest the yellow extension cord.     Abated during inspection. Abatement certification for this violation is not required.
