Ansonia Copper & Brass, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311749634, citation number 1, item number 004a, issued on August 5, 2008, with respect to a workplace located at 725 Bank St, Waterbury, CT 06708 and became a final order on March 2, 2009.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    Tube Pickle Line: The emergency eyewash and shower station located at the northeast corner of the pickling area was not tested on a regular intervals to insure for clean water within the system at all times and did not have tags to document testing of its water streams.    Ansonia Copper & Brass, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.0151(c) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311749634, citation number 1, item number 003, issued on August 5, 2008, with respect to a workplace located at 725 Bank St, Waterbury, CT 06708 and became a final order on March 2, 2009.
